Informations sur le gène

human ... IL13RA2(3598)

Description générale

Interleukin-13 receptor subunit alpha-2 (IL-13RA2) is one receptor of Interleukin-13 which is a key moderator of asthma and allergic inflammation. IL-13 and its receptors have been shown to play a part in alcohol-mediated activation of pro-fibrotic pathways. IL-13 has a suppressive effect on macrophage activation but cannot activate T cells.

Spécificité

This antibody recognizes Interleukin-13 receptor, alpha-2 at the cytoplasmic domain.

Immunogène

Epitope: Cytoplasmic Domain
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human Interleukin-13 receptor, alpha-2 at the cytoplasmic domain.

Application

Anti-IL-13 receptor Antibody, alpha-2 (IL-13RA2) is an antibody against IL-13 receptor for use in WB, IH(P).
