Can the Phospholipase D Activity Assay Kit and the PLC Activity Kits be used in Human whole blood? Thanks,
1 answer-
The Phospholipase D Activity Assay Kit is suitable for use with biological samples, however whole blood has not been tested. As this is a colorimetric reaction, the resulting pink color would very likely be masked. Serum or plasma would be recommended.
