The Human Dickkopf homolog 3 (DKK3) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay used for the quantitative measurement of human DKK-3 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and urine. Dickkopf homolog 3 (DKK3) protein belongs to the Dkk family.[1] The DKK3 gene acts as a tumor suppressor gene and is suppressed in several human cancers.[2] This gene is mapped on the human chromosome at 11p15.3.[3]

Human Dkk-3 ELISA Kit has been used to evaluate Dickkopf homolog 3 (DKK3) from conditioned media.[4] It has also been used to determine DKK3 levels in urine samples.[5]
