Prinzip
Das PLTP-Aktivitäts-Assay-Kit umfasst proprietäre Substrate, um den PLTP-vermittelten Transfer fluoreszierender Substrate nachzuweisen. Die Transferaktivität führt zu einer gesteigerten Fluoreszenzemissionsintensität (λEx = 465 nm/λEm = 535 nm) des Assays.
