Dieses Wasseraufbereitungs-Kit enthält Millipak® 100 Bakterienfilter (MPGL10ZW1) und Progard® 3 Vorbehandlungspack (PR0G00003).
  • Der Millipak® Filter entfernt Bakterien aus Reinwasser, bevor es in das Analysegerät eintritt.
  • Das Progard® Pack behandelt Wasser vor, indem es große Partikel, organische Verbindungen und freies Chlor aus Leitungswasser entfernt.

Anwendung

  • Der Filter liefert bakterien- und partikelfreies Wasser, das sich zur Verwendung im Labor, einschließlich klinische Analysegeräte, eignet.
  • Das Vorbehandlungspack schützt die Umkehrosmosemembran (RO-Membran) vor Kalkbildung, organischem Fouling und Chloroxidation.

Merkmale des Millipak® 100 Filters:
  • 0,22-μm-Durapore®-Membranfilter für die Bakterienentfernung.
  • Die Membran mit geringer Proteinbindung erzeugt eine hohe Probenrückgewinnung und minimalen Verlust des wertvollen Produkts, was eine hochwertige Filtration gewährleistet.

Merkmale des Progard® 3 Vorbehandlungspacks:
  • Polyphosphat als Kalkschutz.
  • Silberimprägnierter Aktivkohlefilter zur Reduzierung von freiem Chlor und als bakteriostatischer Schutz.
  • Tiefenfiltration (0,5 μm) zum Entfernen von Partikeln und Kolloiden.

  • Gebrauchsanweisung: Dieses Produkt stellt Wasser bereit, das durch 0,22-μm-Membranen in Sterilisationsqualität filtriert wurde und ist ein Gerät, das die Anforderungen des US-Bundesgesetzes für Insektizide, Fungizide und Rodentizide (FIRFA) erfüllt. Lesen Sie die Anleitungen im Abschnitt „Using the System“ in der Gebrauchsanweisung (auf dem mit dem System gelieferten USB-Stick enthalten).

    1. Recommended storage conditions: temperatures from 5 to 30°C; humidity between 10 and 80%. The original sealed bag (if provided) must be kept intact before the first use to protect the purification element from foreign matter.

  7. How frequently do the various consumables need to be changed?

    1. The frequency that consumables must be changed depends on the system's usage (treated water volume) and on the consumables themselves (time of usage). In order to ensure the quality of water and your results, the consumables should be replaced when the system alerts you.

  9. If I have a final filter that I use only occasionally (e.g., Biopak®) and have another filter (e.g. Millipak®) that I most of the time, can I keep the 'occasional-use' filter for use again at a later time?

    1. It is not possible to re-use a filter that has been used and then removed because air intake during replacement creates an airlock and blocks water passing through the filter. If you regularly need two different filters, we recommend using two POD dispensers.

  10. Can consumables be opened and refilled?

    1. Unfortunately, this is not possible because of safety issues and the need to guarantee the quality of consumables and their interior purification components. Our consumables are manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified facility France in agreement with high quality standards.
