Allgemeine Beschreibung

Diese zertifizierte Snap-N-Spike® Lösung eignet sich für THCA-A-Testmethoden mittels GC/MS, LC/MS oder HPLC für Anwendungen in der klinischen Toxikologie, zur Profilerstellung im Hinblick auf die Stärke oder Unreinheit von Cannabis , in der Pharmaforschung, forensischen Analytik und zum Nachweis von Drogenkonsum im Urin. Cerilliant zertifizierte Lösungs-Referenzmaterialien (ZRM) von Cannabinoiden werden in einem praktischen quantitativen, von der US-Behörde DEA freigestellten Lösungsformat und mit TK-Nummern für kanadische Kunden geliefert.

Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinolsäure A (THCA-A) ist ein nichtpsychoaktives saures Cannabinoid, das in Cannabis vorkommt und Berichten zufolge entzündungshemmende, neuroprotektive und Anti-Krebs-Wirkungen aufweist. Es ist auch ein Vorläufer des psychoaktiven Haupt-Cannabinoids aus Cannabis namens Δ-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ-9-THC).

Anwendung

Das zertifizierte Referenzmaterial (ZRM) in Lösung kann auch wie folgt verwendet werden:
  • Analyse mittels Gaschromatografie-Massenspektrometrie (GC-MS) von zehn Haupt-Cannabinoiden aus Hanfblüten nach ihrer Silylierung und Veresterung für die Derivatisierung
  • Entwicklung und Validierung eines HPLC-DAD-Verfahrens für die gleichzeitige Analyse von fünf neutralen und sauren Haupt-Cannabinoiden in Cannabis- und Haschisch-Proben
  • Multianalyse von 11 Cannabinoiden in Biomasse und Extrakten von verschiedenen Cannabisvarianten mittels HPLC-UV gemäß der dreiteiligen Richtlinie zur Validierung von Analyseverfahren des International Council for Harmonisation (ICH)
  • Analyse von Hanfsamenöl für die Identifizierung und Bestimmung von sieben Haupt-Cannabinoiden mittels an einen UV-Detektor gekoppelter HPLC
  • Bestimmung von ∆9-Tetrahydrocannabinolsäure in Blut- und Plasmaproben mittels Flüssigchromatografie-Tandem-Massenspektrometrie (LC-MS/MS)
  • Gleichzeitige Analyse von ∆9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, ∆9-Tetrahydrocannabinolsäure-A und Cannabidiol in beschlagnahmten Cannabisprodukten mittels HPLC-DAD

  1. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.     1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.
