Anwendung
Kupfer (Cu)-haltiges Pulver kann in vielen industriellen Anwendungen eingesetzt werden. Aufgrund seiner elektrischen und thermischen Eigenschaften ist es vor allem in der Entwicklung von Elektronik- und Elektrogeräten von Nutzen. Es kann auch für selbstschmierende Lager, zum Hartlöten, mechanischen Verzinken und Kaltlöten verwendet werden.[1]
