Previous rodent studies showed that when injected into the brain, free fatty acids (FFAs) reduced food intake in an oleate-specific manner. The present study was performed to test whether food intake is regulated by circulating FFAs in an oleate-specific manner.

Questions

  1. Could you please send me the MSDS of it? Especially I would like to check the boiling temperature of this oil. Thank you.

    1 answer
    1. Please see the link below to reveiw the SDS for this product. Unfortunately, the boiling point of Safflower oil is not determined. According to the literature, the 'smoke point' of safflower oil ranges from 450 °F to 510 °F and is dependent on the level of refinement. The boiling point would be higher that the smoke point.
