Immunogen Sequence: GI # 20986531, sequence 232-360
Recombinant mitogen-activated protein kinase 1
Application
Anti-MAPK1 antibody produced in chicken is suitable for western blotting analysis at a dilution of 1:500, for tissue or cell staining at a dilution of 1:200.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Mitogen-activated protein kinase 1 is an enzyme encoded by the MAPK1 gene in humans. RAS/mitogen - activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway plays a crucial role in embryonic and postnatal development. It is also associated with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and p38 MAPK may have a a potential target for the treatment of COPD.
Physical form
Solution in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide.
