Application

Detect Endothelin-1 using this Anti-Endothelin-1 Antibody, clone IC4 validated for use in IC.

Development of Immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) for endothelin ET-1 which as a circulating plasma peptide has been associated with a variety of disease studies such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiogenic shock, acute myocardial infarction and uraemia.

Suitable for immunohistochemistry on frozen sections

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Recognizes endothelin ET-1 (10% cross-reactivity with ET-3) and when used in conjunction with CBL87 (anti-endothelin C-terminus) has a sensitivity of 0.06 pmol/L for ET-1.
