Questions

  1. In what buffer is the interferon? what is the pH? if one needs to dilute, what is your recommendation?

    1 answer
    1. The buffer is phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) at a pH of approximately 7 ± 0.2, containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin (BSA). For dilution, it is recommended to use buffers that contain protein, such as 0.1% BSA.
