Popis

General description

Standard size film is a universal fit for raised rim and non-skirted plates.

XTR films offer high performance under extreme conditions. A 2 mil polyester film with a 1.65 mil layer of strong acrylic adhesive. eXTReme Seal films remove cleanly from plate surfaces without adhesive stringing, residue or contamination. The sealing films are available in two sizes, standard which is a universal fit, and large which gives greater plate coverage for flat-top semi-skirted and full-skirted PCR plates. Features two end-tabs with perforations. Length between perforations with end tabs removed is 119 mm.

Features and Benefits

Two end-tab feature allows for ease of placement of film to plate
Excellent seal minimizes sample evaporation and reduces well-to-well cross contamination
Specially formulated adhesive provides an excellent seal for all plate materials, including polycarbonate
2 mil polyester film will remove cleanly from plate surfaces with no adhesive stringing or residue and will not tear upon removal

Universal fit for use with all plate types (e.g. flat top and raised-rim)
The smaller dimensions and chamfered corners result in no plate overhang for robotics applications
