General description

Used to demonstrate polymorphonuclear cells in blood or bone marrow films. Each kit has sufficient reagents for 10 uses.

Application

Diaminobenzidine, as a benzidine substitute for myeloperoxidase, has less tinctorial power than benzidine. This made DAB much less attractive to histochemists. Hanker and associates improved DAB methodology. According to their modification, the brown reaction product is first intensified with copper salts and followed by application of Gill′s modified Papanicolaou stain, resulting in intense grey-black staining at sites of neutrophil and monocyte peroxidase.
The Leukocyte Peroxidase (Myeloperoxidase) kit is intended for use as a general laboratory histochemical stain for the demonstration of leukocyte peroxidase. This manual, qualitative procedure identifies leukocyte peroxidase in blood or bone marrow films of human specimens.

Emerging evidence indicates that the sineoculis homeobox homolog 1-eyes absent homolog 1 (SIX1-EYA1) transcriptional complex significantly contributes to the pathogenesis of multiple cancers by mediating the expression of genes involved in different biological processes, such as cell-cycle progression and metastasis.

Emerging evidence has shown that SKP1-cullin-1-F-box-protein (SCF) E3 ligases contribute to the pathogenesis of different cancers by mediating the ubiquitination and degradation of tumor suppressors. However, the functions of SCF E3 ligases in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer (CRC) remain
