What does the 50/80 stand for in the product description of Porapak™ Porous Polymer Adsorbent Q, Product 20330-U?

The 50/80 is refering to the mesh size range of the actual Porapak Q particles. The larger the mesh number the smaller the diameter of the bead. In this case 50 refers to a diameter of 297 microns and 80 refers to a diameter of 177 microns. Therefore, the particles in this product will range between 297 and 177 microns.
