La tobramycine est un aminoglycoside.
Mode d′action : Se lie à la sous-unité ribosomale 70S ; inhibe la translocation ; provoque des erreurs d′encodage.
Spectre d′activité : bactéries à Gram négatif. Non efficace contre les Enterococci.
