Application

Nanodiamonds containing N-V-N color centers exhibit green fluorescence. These do not photobleach or photoblink and find applications in fluorescent bioimaging, cathodoluminescent imaging, stimulated emission depletion (STED) imaging etc. In combination with NDs emitting in red fluorescence (N-V), it provides opportunities for multicolor imaging.
