General description
El suero de burro procede de un rebaño de donantes normales. En inmunoanálisis, el suero sano de burro puede servir como bloqueante y como control. Se utiliza como bloqueante en diversos estudios de inmunohistoquímica e inmunocitoquímica, oscilando entre el 5 % y el 20 %.[1]
Application
El suero de burro se ha utilizado:
- como componente del tampón de bloqueo para inmunofluorescencia[2]
- en disolución salina tamponada con fosfato (PBS) como bloqueante[2]
- como bloqueante en la inmunocitoquímica y la inmunohistoquímica congelada[3]
- para evitar la unión inespecífica en la inmunohistoquímica de la parvalbúmina[4]
