General description

Immunoaffinity purified goat polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. Recognizes human IgA, α-chain.

This Goat Anti-Human IgA, α-Chain Specific Peroxidase Conjugate is validated for use in ELISA for the detection of Human IgA, α-Chain Specific.

In 10 mM PBS, 500 µM EDTA, 10% mannose, 2% sucrose, 1% BSA, pH 8.0.

Other Notes

Monospecific for human immunoglobulin A, α-chain against normal human serum as measured by ELISA. Each lot of antibody is tested by ELISA, but is applicable to any immunoassay requiring a peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
