Applicazioni

Usata per la denaturazione di proteine e come blando agente di solubilizzazione per proteine insolubili o denaturate. Utilizzata per rinaturare proteine da campioni già denaturati con cloruro di guanidinio 6 M come corpi di inclusione. Può essere impiegata con idrocloruro di guanidina e ditiotreitolo (DTT) nella ripiegatura di proteine denaturate nella loro forma nativa o attiva.
