Il filtro di sfiato è progettato per impedire ai contaminanti aerodispersi e ai microrganismi di entrare nei serbatoi di stoccaggio dell′acqua pura. Va posizionato sulla sommità del corpo dei serbatoi di stoccaggio interni da 6 o da 10 L.
Via via che il serbatoio si svuota dell′acqua che contiene, l′aria che entra nel sistema viene filtrata dal filtro di sfiato. È importante chiudere saldamente il coperchio in modo che il serbatoio sia a tenuta stagna, e controllare che la valvola sul tubo di troppopieno sia installata. In questo modo l′aria è obbligata a passare attraverso il filtro di sfiato, così da ridurre la contaminazione di origine atmosferica all′interno del serbatoio.
Per l′impiego con i sistemi per la purificazione dell′acqua Direct-Q®, Direct-Q® UV, RiOs™, RiOs-DI®, RiOs-DI® UV e RiOs-DI® Clinical.

How frequently do the various consumables need to be changed?

The frequency that consumables must be changed depends on the system's usage (treated water volume) and on the consumables themselves (time of usage). In order to ensure the quality of water and your results, the consumables should be replaced when the system alerts you.
