The luteinizing hormone surge is essential for fertility as it triggers ovulation in females and sperm release in males. We previously reported that secretoneurin-a, a neuropeptide derived from the processing of secretogranin-2a (Scg2a), stimulates luteinizing hormone release, suggesting a role

Evolution of highly invasive placentation in the stem lineage of eutherians and subsequent extension of pregnancy set eutherians apart from other mammals, that is, marsupials with short-lived placentas, and oviparous monotremes. Recent studies suggest that eutherian implantation evolved from marsupial

Questions

  1. Hi, we would like to double-check a couple of things: the sample is from human urine (not recombinant). How many mg of protein are present? We ordered 2.5 mg, so 7500 IU. 1l unit =2.35×10−12 moles, or 6×10−8 gram; so 450 ugs correct? Thanks
