Applicazioni

Methyl-β-cyclodextrin (M-β-CD) can be used as a reactant to prepare ternary inclusion complex of diclofenac (DCF) in the presence of monoethanolamine (MEA). This complex improves the percutaneous absorption of DCF in human skin.[1] It can also be used to form an inclusion complex with olanzapine (OLP) to increase its solubility for efficient drug delivery.[2]
