Descrizione generale

Block copolymer micelles are widely used in drug delivery applications. PEG-PDLLA is a biodegradable polymeric micelle which is used as carriers for hydrophobic drugs like paclitaxel. PEG is the hydrophilic part and PDLLA is the hydrophobic part which forms the micelle core wherein the hydrophobic drug is loaded.[1]
