Informations sur le gène

human ... VPS35(55737)

Description générale

Vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 35 (VPS35) is critical component found within the retromer complex. The retromer complex is comprised of several proteins and has been implicated in roles involving the Wnt signaling pathway, cell migration and adhesion, and polymeric immunoglobulin A transcytosis. VPS35 plays an essential role in the selection and trafficking of lysosomal enzyme receptors from endosomes to the Golgi. It is also a required component for the secretion of active Wnt. Expression of VPS35 is pervasive throughout all tissue. Highest levels of expression have been observed in brain, colon, heart, kidney, ovary, placenta, skeletal muscle, small intestine, spleen, testis, and thymus.

Immunogène

GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to human VPS35.

Application

Anti-Vesicle protein sorting 35 (VPS35) Antibody is an antibody against Vesicle protein sorting 35 (VPS35) for use in WB.
