Description générale

Barium zirconate (BaZrO₃) is a perovskite-structured ceramic known for its exceptional properties, including high thermal stability, low thermal expansion, and excellent ion conductivity. Its cubic crystal structure allows it to maintain stability at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for applications in thermal barrier coatings, proton-conducting fuelcells, and as a catalyst support in various chemical reactions. Additionally, BaZrO₃ exhibits low dielectric loss, making it attractive for electronic components and capacitors.
