Raloxifen ist ein selektiver Östrogenrezeptor-Modulator (SERM), es wirkt wie ein Anti-Östrogen in sowohl Brust- als auch Gebärmutter-Gewebe, während es östrogen in Knochen ist. Könnte gegen Östrogen-sensitive Tumore wirksam sein.
