Application

N-Succinyl-Ala-Ala-Ala-p-nitroanilid wird verwendet als Substrat

• für das Screening der Elastase-Aktivität von lyophilisierten fibrinolytischen Enzymen des Regenwurms
• für die Quantifizierung der Elastase-Aktivität in Schafsmilch
• für das Screening von Honigbienen-Inhibitoren in Assays zur Serinprotease-Hemmung[2]
