General description
Eine Schlüsselkomponente des KiCqStart Probe qPCR ReadyMix ist eine ultrareine, prozessive, thermostabile DNA-Polymerase, die frei von nachweisbarer E. coli-DNA ist. Dieser PCR-Mastermix eignet sich ideal für anspruchsvolle qPCR-Anwendungen, darunter den Nachweis bakterieller Pathogene, bei denen Wirts-DNA-Rückstände in typischen rekombinanten Enzymaufbereitungen die Sensitivität der Assays einschränken und den Nachweis bei Proben mit niedriger Kopienzahl verdecken können. Das im KiCqStart Probe qPCR ReadyMix enthaltene Enzym wird mit monoklonalen Antikörpern hoher Avidität kombiniert, um einen strikten automatischen Heißstart zu erreichen, der vor der PCR-Amplifikation einen Reaktionsaufbau und eine zeitweise Lagerung bei Raumtemperatur ermöglicht.
Application
Verschiedene Echtzeit-PCR-Systeme nutzen verschiedene Strategien für die Normalisierung von Fluoreszenzsignalen und zur Korrektur optischer Abweichungen zwischen den Wells. Es ist sehr wichtig, das passende qPCR-Reagens für Ihr spezifisches Instrument zu verwenden. KiCqStart One-Step Probe RT-qPCR ReadyMix enthält keinen internen Referenzfarbstoff.
