General description
Desoxynukleotidtriphosphate (dNTP) sind negativ geladene organische Moleküle, die eine an Desoxyribose gebundene Nukleobase enthalten. Dieses dNTP-Set enthält jeweils 1,0 ml von wässrigen 100-mmol/l-Lösungen der vier Desoxyribonukleotide Desoxyriboseadenosintriphosphat (dATP), Desoxyribosecytidintriphosphat (dCTP), Desoxyriboseguanosintriphosphat (dGTP) und Desoxyribosethymidintriphosphat (dTTP) in separaten Röhrchen für eine praktische und einfache Einrichtung der PCR-Reaktion.
