General description
GDS Adhesive Strips are the consumable accessories of the Assurance® GDS assays. Assurance® GDS is an automated nucleic acid amplification system for the detection of pathogenic organisms in foods, ingredients, and environmental samples. The sealing film strip is 19.0 x 97.3 mm, including two removable positioning tabs. The long dimension with tabs removed is 76.2 mm. These adhesive sheets are a reliable method of sealing wells for PCR applications. The high integrity sealing materials give the best protection against evaporation for high efficiency PCR.
Application
PCR, Immunomagnetic Separation (IMS)
The Assurance® GDS Adhesive Strips are sealing film strips to provide effective and airtight sealing and help protect PCR samples during sample preparation.
