General description
Le sérum d'âne est recueilli dans un troupeau de donneurs normaux. Dans les dosages immunologiques, le sérum d'âne normal peut servir d'agent de blocage et de témoin. Il est utilisé comme agent de blocage, en concentration de 5 % à 20 %, dans différentes études d'immunohistochimie et d'immunocytochimie.
Application
Le sérum de singe a été utilisé :
- comme constituant d'un tampon de blocage pour des analyses par immunofluorescence.
- dans du tampon phosphate salin (PBS) comme agent de blocage.
- comme agent de blocage sur des échantillons congelés analysés en immunocytochimie et immunohistochimie.
- pour prévenir les liaisons non spécifiques durant des analyses d'immunohistochimie sur la parvalbumine.
