LiChrospher® RP-18 HPLC column (L × I.D. 25 cm × 4 mm) is found to be reliable and high versatile. Suitable for reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) of acidic, neutral and weakly basic compounds, according to L1 USP specifications.

  • HPLC-UV and GC-MS Methods for Determination of Chlorambucil and Valproic Acid in Plasma for Further Exploring a New Combined Therapy of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia.: This study developed and validated HPLC-UV and GC-MS methods for determining chlorambucil and valproic acid in plasma, aiming to explore their combined therapy for chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The LiChrospher® RP-18 HPLC Column was instrumental in achieving the separation and quantification (Lipska et al., 2021).

  • Rapid Determination of Metronidazole and 2-Hydroxymetronidazole in Murine Blood Plasma.: This research utilized the LiChrospher® RP-18 HPLC Column for the rapid determination of metronidazole and its metabolite in murine blood plasma, highlighting its effectiveness in pharmacokinetic studies (Zemanová et al., 2022).
