Application

Actions biochimiques/physiologiques

TMEM41B (transmembrane protein 41B) is thought to be involved in maintaining the function of motor circuit, by regulating the excitability of motor neurons. The U12 intron of this gene is thought to be associated with the pathogenesis of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).
