General description

La membrane de transfert Immobilon®-FL est une membrane en poly(fluorure de vinylidène) (PVDF) microporeuse conçue pour adsorber les protéines transférées à partir de diverses matrices de gel. La membrane Immobilon®-FL a une dimension de pores nominale de 0,45 μm et est recommandée pour le blotting de protéines d'un poids moléculaire supérieur à 20 kilodaltons (kDa). La membrane présente une très faible autofluorescence sur une large plage de longueurs d'onde d'excitation et d'émission. Cela en fait la solution idéale pour les applications de transfert sur membrane ("blotting") avec immunodétection par fluorescence.
