Informations sur le gène
mouse ... Jak3(16453)
Spécificité
: Recognizes murine JAK3, Mr 125kDa and JAK3 degradation products, Mr 95-120kDa. The antiserum shows very poor immunoreactivity for human JAK3. No immunoreaction was noted with immuno-precipitated mouse JAK1 and JAK2
This antibody has been tested on several human cell lines including A431, Hela, Jurkat, and HEK293 cells. The antiserum shows very poor immunoreactivity for human JAK3
Immunogène
peptide corresponding to residues 934-952 (RDELCVAGAQLYACQDPAI) of murine JAK3. The immunizing peptide sequence shares 16/19 amino acids with rat JAK3, but contains an amino acid insertion, which may block cross-reactivity. The immunizing peptide shares 12/19 amino acids with human JAK3.
Application
Anti-JAK3 Antibody is an antibody against JAK3 for use in WB.
Qualité
routinely evaluated by immunoblot on lysate from a mouse cytotoxic T lymphocyte cell line (CTLL)
Description de la cible
125 kDa
Forme physique
antiserum containing 0.05% sodium azide
Stockage et stabilité

IL-4 and IL-13 each act on human endothelial cells (ECs) to induce expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1. On hematopoietic cells. IL-4 responses may be mediated either through a pathway involving gc, the common signaling subunit of the IL-2, IL-4

Interleukin (IL)-13 is a pleiotropic immunoregulatory cytokine that shares many, although not all, of the biological activities of IL-4. The overlapping biological properties of IL-4 and IL-13 appear to be due to the existence of shared components of the receptors
Jak1 expression is required for mediating interleukin-4-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of insulin receptor substrate and Stat6 signaling molecules.
