General description

The scrambled RGD peptide has same amino acid content as RGD peptide but has low adhesion to integrin receptors and acts as control reagent to determine specificity of cell adhesion to RGD peptide. The thiol groups on the N-terminus acts as linker to bind non-adhesive scrambled RGD peptide to maleimide polymers (FAST-DEXTRAN/FAST-PVA).

Application

TRUESRGD is used as control reagent for RGD peptide to determine the specificity of cell adhesion caused by genuine RGD peptide (TrueGel3D RGD).

Features and Benefits

Contains a scrambled RGD sequence to serve as non-adhesive control peptide.

Components

TRUESRGD contains TrueGel3D scramble RGD peptide lyophilized and water.

Storage Class Code

10 - Combustible liquids
