Compounds are arranged in 96-well format in 16 racks of 80, one compound per well (25 μl at 10 mM in DMSO in archival storage racks).

Library of pharmacologically active compounds LOPAC®1280 - small scale has been used to screen for the suppressors of niclosamide- and nigericin-induced interleukin (IL-1β) release.[1]
