General description

GL 45 screw cap with either two or three ports that have GL 14 thread. This is a flexible modular system which has four different hose diameters available: 1.6 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.2 mm and 6.0 mm that can be connected.

Sterile pressure equalization is possible through use of membrane filter.

Features and Benefits

• Manufactured from Polypropylene.• Rigid or semi-rigid tubing of different diameters can be accepted by using a blue GL 14 open topped cap with one of the inserts.• Available with 2, or 3 threaded outlets (ports).• Four different tubing diameters (1.6 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.2 mm or 6.0 mm tubing outer diameter) can be used by changing the GL 14 inserts.• By applying positive or negative pressure liquid can be pumped out of or into the bottle via the screw cap.• Fully compatible with all the GL 45 threads and therefore highly versatile.

  1. Hi, What bottle would be best to use with cap GL 45 Z680397 with 6 mm diameter ports? I am looking to use a bottle of 250 to 500 ml. Thank you

  2. Hi, I am wondering if all the following parts are included in your product. Insert for screw cap GL 14, 3.0 mm (2 pcs per one cap) and Screw Cap GL 14 Hose Connection (2 pcs per one cap). Thanks.

    1. This product is a GL45 screw cap with two ports that have GL14 threads as shown in product image. The inserts and hose connections are not included, but are sold separately.
