General description

The hydrogen peroxide solution product is a 35% solution of hydrogen peroxide in water. It is commonly used as a green-oxidizing agent and a better alternative to other oxidants because it has a high active oxygen content, and the by-product is water.

Application

Hydrogen peroxide solution is used as:
  • An oxidant in the N-oxidation of alkylpyridines.
  • One of the components in the synthesis of GO (Graphene Oxide) nanopowder.
