Western Immunoblot Analysis: This antibody, at 0.5 and 2.0 μg/ml, recognized the 120 kDa GAP protein in a RIPA lysate of human Raji lymphocyte cells, lysates of rat L6 myoblasts and mouse Wehi leukemia cells.
Immunoprecipitation: 5 μg of this antibody immunoprecipitated the 120kDa GAP protein from a RIPA lysate of human Raji lymphocyte cells.
