Regarding fluidic compatibility, the most effective approach to address this question is for a review of the fluidic pathway involved, after which compatibility can be verified. The components are as follows:
1.Tubing: PTFE/FEP – Resistant (A)
2.Chip: B270 Crown Glass – Resistant (A)
3.Linear Connector: PEEK – Resistant (A)
4.Linear Connector Seal: FFKM – Resistant (A)
5.Linear Connector Screws: Stainless Steel (316) - Resistant (B)
6.H-Interface: Aluminum - Resistant (A)
In general, the flow path demonstrates excellent resistance to ethyl acetate. It is advisable to flush the flow path with DI Water/IPA (filtered) before introducing a target solvent to ensure that the fluidic pathway is properly sealed and not leaking prior to use. Additionally, once the process is complete, flushing the solvent out of the system is recommended to ensure cleanliness and dryness.Helpful?
