Biochem/physiol Actions

α₁-Adrenozeptor-Antagonist, L-Typ Calcium-Kanal-Blocker.

α₁-Adrenozeptor-Antagonist, L-Typ-Calcium-Kanal-Blocker. Hemmt L-type Ca²⁺-Kanäle in glatter und Herzmuskulatur, induziert in vitro Apoptose von humanen primären und metastatischen Kolonadenokarzinom-Zellen. Erhöht basale ATPase-Aktivität von Pgp. Substrat von CYP3A4 und CYP2C6.
