General description
Thrombinrezeptor-Aktivator für Peptid 6 (TRAP-6) schützt Astrozyten vor dem mit Hypoglykämie verbundenen Zelltod. TRAP-6 hat unter Fließbedingungen eine Aggregation und beeinträchtigte Adhäsion an Kollagen induziert.
Application
Thrombinrezeptor-Aktivator für Peptid 6 wird zum Aktivieren von Thrombozyten in vitro verwendet. Er wird außerdem für das Herunterregulieren des Hippo-Signalwegs und die Steigerung des nuklearen Yes-assoziierten Proteins (YAP) verwendet.
