KI-ARv-03 is a cell penetrant, potent and selective inhibitor of CDK9 that that reduces AR-driven transcription and proliferation in prostate cancer cells. KI-ARv-03 modulates AR and AR-V7-dependent transcription in 22Rv1 cells. It exhibits potent anti-tumor activity in castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) models.
