BAM15 ist ein zellübertretender und wirksamer Entkoppler der oxidativen Phosphorylierung in Mitochondrien, der die Plasmamembran nicht depolarisiert. BAM15 schützt Mäuse vor akuten ischämischen Reperfusionsschäden der Niere.
BAM15 ist ein zellübertretender und wirksamer Entkoppler der oxidativen Phosphorylierung in Mitochondrien.
BAM15 erhöht die mitochondriale Respirationsrate und hat sich im Vergleich zu anderen protonophoren Entkopplern wie z. B. Carbonylcyanid p-trifluormethoxyphenylhydrazon auch als weniger zytotoxisch erwiesen. Eine Behinderung der onkogenen MAPK(mitogen-aktivierte Proteinkinase)-Signalverarbeitung führt zu BAM15-induzierter mitochondrialer apoptotischer Signalwegaktivierung.

Is this product difficult to weigh? I have tried weighing the product from another company, and it stuck to the inside of the vial and the weigh boat. This made it very difficult to obtain an accurate mass.

This product is packaged in a 4 mL amber glass vials. The lyophilization process or static may cause some adherence to the glass surface. The product can be spun down briefly to collect the vial contents in the bottom prior to weighing, Alternatively, the product may be dissolved in DMSO in the vial.
