Beschreibung

General description

FLUOTRAC^™ 200: 384 flat bottom, non-treated microtiter plate with an optimal working volume of 4-25 μL; maximum well capacity of 28 μL.

Greiner multiwell plates are available in the standard multiwell plate footprint and offer excellent optical properties. These plates are DNAse /RNAse free and non-pyrogenic as deteremined by LAL method (< 0.06 EU/mL). Appropriate for general purposes, such as optical measurements, photography, and microscopy, due to the high transparency of polystyrene plates.

Application

Black plates minimize background fluorescence. FLUOTRAC 200 binds up to 200 ng/cm². Free of detectable DNase/RNase, human DNA and pyrogens.
