General description
LY-294002 Hydrochlorid ist ein Derivat des Flavonoids Quercetin mit einer stärkeren hemmenden Wirkung auf das Enzym Phosphoinositid-3-Kinase (PI3K). LY-294002 hemmt die Signalgebung von Nuklearfaktor-kappa-B in Makrophagen. Es sorgt für eine stärkere Expression des autophagosomalen Proteins LC3 und fördert die Apoptose in gastrischen und nasopharyngealen Krebszellen. LY-294002 moduliert die Repolarisierung des Aktionspotentials und verbessert die Myozyten-Kontraktilität.
Application
LY-294002 Hydrochlorid wird verwendet, um Folgendes zu hemmen:
- Phosphoinositid-3-Kinase (PI3K) in humanen Lungenkrebs-Zelllinien
- Autophagie in mesenchymalen Stammzellen (MSCs).
- die Signalgebung der Serin/Threonin-spezifischen Proteinkinase (AKT) in Fibroblasten und Herzzellen.
