HAT Medienergänzung (50X) Hybri-Max^™ wird wie folgt verwendet:

• Bei der Auswahl und Validierung von Hypoxanthin-Guanin-Phosphoribosyltransferase(HPRT)-defizienten Klonen[1]
• Bei der Erzeugung von mAbs (monoklonale Antikörper)
• Im Bioassay auf Basis von Luciferase (LUC)

Preparation Note

Inhalt des Fläschchens mit 10 mL eines sterilen Zellkulturmediums rekonstituieren. Stammlösung reicht zur Herstellung eines 500-mL Mediums aus. Endgültige Arbeitskonzentration: 100 μM Hypoxanthin, 0,4 μM Aminopterin, 16 μM Thymidin.
