General description

DMT-dG(ib)-Pharmadite^® ist eine Pharmadite^®-Produktreihe, die eine neue Klasse von standardgeschützten DNA-Phosphoramiditen, die mit besonders kontrollierten Verunreinigungsprofilen und ausgezeichneter allgemeiner Reinheit entwickelt wurden, darstellt. Pharmadite-Phosphoramidite zeichnen sich durch ihre ausgezeichnete Reinheit und ihr gut definiertes Verunreinigungsprofil aus. Insbesondere sind sie im Wesentlichen frei von Verunreinigungen, die Kupplungsreaktionen beeinträchtigen, zum Beispiel andere nukleosidische oder nichtnukleosidische Phosphoramidite (P(III)-Verunreinigungen). Alle weiteren Verunreinigungen in Pharmadite-Phosphoramiditen, sofern vorhanden, werden identifiziert, charakterisiert und quantifiziert. Die Auswirkungen solcher definierten Verunreinigungen auf die Synthese von Oligonukleotiden ist gut erforscht und erwies sich als unerheblich.
