General description

Natriumdesoxycholat(SDC)-Monohydrat ist ein Gallensäuresalz.

Application

Leistungsstarkes Solubilisierungsmittel; wird in der Solubilisierung von Östrogen-Synthetase aus humanen Plazenta-Mikrosomen verwendet.

Natriumdesoxycholat-Monohydrat wurde in einer Studie zur Beurteilung einer Methode zur Immobilisierung von Lipoxygenase in einer Alginat-Silikat-Gelmatrix eingesetzt. Es wurde außerdem in einer Studie zur Untersuchung der In-vitro-Auflösung von Gallensteinen verwendet. [1]
